The Manticore
Treya is a young demi-human hunter from the village of Antares. For six years, a colossal mythical boar stalks her during the seven days before her birthday, relentlessly torturing her and mocking every attempt at revenge. Two days before she turns seventeen, the beast leaves her on the brink of death and destroys the last memento of her father: her ever-trusted bow. An unexpected gift restores her hope but at the same time unleashes a nightmare that shatters both her mind and her reality.

The Book
The World
Imagion
Imagion takes place in Egea, a world very much like ours but with significant differences.
The planes of existence
Egea is only one of the planes, of which many exist.
The Races
Humans
Humans in Egea are no different from a normal human, except the capacity to learn and cast the magic and battle skills that you cannot learn in your world.
Demi-humans
Demi-humans are the most varied race in Egea.
Lizardmen
The Lizardmen, though they could be considered among the latter, are an entirely different species.
Gnomes
The gnomes are a race of very small and very smart beings.
Elementals
Elementals are ancient creatures and, at the same time they are not creatures, they are sentient beings.
Dwarves
Dwarves are a hardy, long-lived race.
Giants
Giants in Egea are not the brutish beasts they are normally considered in other mithos.
There are more races that will be added eventually.
Creative & dedicated is not the point. The book is.
“Well… I guess it’s Plan ‘B’. Why am I not surprised?”
